With European institutions

The International Movement ATD Fourth World maintains a permanent delegation to the European Union and the Council of Europe.
It aims to:
- Create spaces for European parliamentarians and officials to discuss their commitment concerning the eradication of poverty in Europe and the place of the poorest people within it.
- Utilise mechanisms within the European institutions to make heard, and take on board, the contribution of the poorest citizens towards the future of Europe.
- Work at the policy level in order that European institutions make progress in the fight against poverty in conjunction with the poorest citizens themselves.
